Job Description This posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but is a separate employer from McDonald's USA. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.

Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate owned and operated restaurants. Positive team players with a flexible schedule are sought.
