Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness to customers. The role includes:
Food Safety
Internal Communication
Inventory Management
Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness
Managing Crew
Quality Food Production
Exceptional Customer Service
Safety and Security
Scheduling
Training
Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Good team players are needed, with a flexible schedule and passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald's environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
