Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team members; and be flexible to work in other areas as needed. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to support production decisions, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage their use. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; assist members with purchasing decisions; help with payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador: Act as a brand advocate; inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style; identify roadblocks and assist in training. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; apply the Open Door Policy and execute related business processes and practices. Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; set priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; identify opportunities for improvement; adapt to change and feedback. Qualifications
