About the Role In this role you will ensure that the right products and/or services arrive on‑time and on‑quality to the right Airbus location by managing the orders through to delivery, whilst monitoring the supplier performance. In a period of significant growth and ramp‑up, this role is crucial to ensuring our final assembly lines (FALs) and central teams can achieve their production targets. As a key liaison, you will identify process bottlenecks and develop agile, pragmatic solutions to drive planning adherence and overall supply chain performance.
Meet the Team The Supply Process Team supports the Operations (VSM, Plants and FAL) to apply the industrial basics of supply and proper execution. We provide agile and pragmatic methodologies to improve the ways of working and lead transformation of supply tools, processes and data management. Our stakeholders expect reactive solutions focused on ARP, process improvements or training.
Your Working Environment Nearby on ‘Airbus Way’ you will find the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility for commercial aircraft. Opened at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley in 2015, the facility produces A320 Family aircraft and added a second product line for the A220 in 2019.

Your Challenges
Business Owner ARP (70%): Governance, compliance, and ROI of supply tools and processes; collaborate with the Plan and Schedule Production community; perform GAP analysis; support business acceptance tests; communicate with cross‑functional owners; coordinate with PIXS Business Owners.
Supply Process: Customer Support/Focal Point (30%): Drive operational excellence, standardize supply processes, facilitate collaboration, ensure data accuracy, lead strategic initiatives, govern processes, support transformation projects, conduct PMR reviews.
Your Boarding Pass (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Supply Chain or related discipline.
Master’s degree preferred.
10 years of experience, including 5 years in Supply Chain Management or Project Management.
Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain, manufacturing processes, and production management.
Experience leading lean/continuous improvement projects with tangible results.
Operational experience implementing and optimizing industrial systems from conception through to process management.
Proven experience managing complex projects with cross‑functional teams, including financial aspects.
Hands‑on experience with SAP; extended knowledge required.
Physical Requirements
Onsite only: 100% ONSITE.
Vision, hearing, speaking, equipment operation, ergonomic capacities as described.
Travel independently monthly; walk through office and production areas.
