Overview
The Business Services Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to leadership of the Sheps Graduate Medical Education (GME) Technical Assistance Centers at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Serving as the principal liaison and 'right hand' to center leadership, this position ensures the efficient functioning of the centers, enabling the administrators to focus on strategic and programmatic priorities. Responsibilities
Manage multiple complex calendars and project inboxes, anticipate needs, and coordinate priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate meetings and events; prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, and presentations. Manage communications with stakeholders; support information and document management. Support budget monitoring and fiscal administration; oversee logistical and operational processes across research, training, and technical assistance projects. Represent leadership in sensitive and high-profile matters with exceptional judgment and interpersonal skills. Qualifications
The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of the centers\' mission, strategic priorities, and operational environment, enabling them to proactively solve problems, anticipate challenges, and ensure leadership is fully informed and prepared for all engagements.
