Responsibilities

Be a Team Member – Collaborate with associates to fulfill sales and service requests, educate teammates on tools, tasks, and resources, mentor new technicians, and maintain interpersonal skills for safe, efficient customer service.

Be an Expert – Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, seasonality, and POS systems while applying phone and in‑person selling techniques.

Be a Techie – Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and enhance associate engagement using handheld technology and systems for immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, product applications, and training.

Be an Owner – Communicate equipment, tool, and supply needs to TBC Lead; track and monitor returns and special orders; operate cash registers; process transactions; maintain accurate inventory audit and compliance standards; report safety hazards; complete logs and required documentation; package, label, and store merchandise per company policies; identify member needs and assist with purchasing decisions.

Hourly Wage Details The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid state‑issued driver's license.

18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

Auto service industry experience.

Retail experience.
