Main Responsibilities
Greeting guests and owners on arrival
Checking in/out guests
Generating folios and collecting payments
Receiving housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacting accurate departmental personnel
Preparing and consistently restocking the front desk with supplies, including arrival packets and area information
Answering phones and directing calls
Other duties as assigned by your leader
What We Are Looking For
Proficient English language
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks to meet organizational goals and expectations
6 months’ Customer Service Experience
Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
