Front Desk Administrator – Insight Global
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Front Desk Administrator to join their team onsite at one of their Philadelphia-area offices.
Base Pay Range $19.00/hr - $23.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Patient Interaction : Warmly greet patients upon arrival and ensure a courteous farewell at departure.
Support & Guidance : Remain approachable and available to assist patients with questions and form completion.
New Patient Registration : Accurately enter patient data into the EMR system, verify insurance eligibility, and scan all documentation into patient charts.
Check‑In Process : Confirm documentation for returning patients, including completion of the Yearly Update Form.
Check‑Out Process : Collect copays, outstanding balances, and product fees; obtain necessary signatures and schedule follow‑up appointments.
Appointment Confirmation : Call patients to confirm appointments, verify physician and timing details, and reschedule as needed.
Communication Management : Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and compassion; respond to emails and voicemails promptly.
Documentation : Scan and process additional paperwork into the EMR as needed.
Compliance : Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety and data security.
Daily Reporting : Run Daily Close reports to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and balanced in the EMR.
Required Skills & Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in medical reception
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Calm and professional demeanor
Friendly, courteous, and service‑oriented attitude
Detail‑oriented and efficient
Collaborative team player focused on enhancing the patient experience
Compensation
Hourly Rate : $19–$23/hr
Final compensation is based on experience, education, and skillset.
