We’re hiring experienced RN‑OR‑Operating Room for a 12‑week contract in Augusta, Georgia — earn up to ($2134 - $2247 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room setting.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.
Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff for optimal outcomes.
Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.
Maintain accurate records of patient care and surgical procedures.
Utilize data to assess and enhance patient care effectiveness.
Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Support the onboarding and training of new staff members.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license and BLS certification required for operating room practice.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Eagerness to learn new surgical techniques and technologies continually.
Experience in operating room settings with surgical assistance preferred.
Strong understanding of infection control and safety protocols in surgery.
Ability to monitor patient vitals and respond effectively during procedures.
Excellent collaboration skills to work with surgeons and medical teams.
Ability to evaluate personal performance and implement feedback effectively.
Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient care records.
Experience in onboarding and training new staff members is a plus.
