Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments Provide high-quality individual therapy Develop and implement effective treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate and organized electronic health records Who You Are
A passionate therapist with a desire to help others A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment A lifelong learner committed to ongoing professional development Enjoys working with a diverse range of clients (age groups and specialties are negotiable) What Your Qualifications Should Be
Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP) Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field For unlicensed therapists: meet the requirements for a Clinical Trainee and be actively pursuing licensure in Minnesota What Your Benefits Look Like
