Overview
Under the direction of the Youth and Family Services Manager, this position works with youth and their families to deliver intensive case management, skills training, and medication education primarily in community-based settings, such as homes and schools. This position is responsible for conducting routine psycho-social-emotional needs assessments, completing Person-Centered Recovery Plans, assisting youth and their families with accessing community resources, providing rehabilitative services, and initiating crisis intervention when needed. All services are documented in an electronic health record and provided in collaboration with a multidisciplinary recovery team. Services promote recovery and wellness, community integration, stable living within the community and improved quality of life. Use of state-of-the-art electronic health record for company and state documentation available. Responsibilities

Marble Falls Salary and Differentials
Salary: $21.46 - $27.50/hr Applicable Differentials: $0.75/hr Bilingual $1.00/hr Master’s degree $1.00/hr 1 year with BTCS $1.00/hr 2 years with BTCS $1.00/hr 4 years with BTCS $1.00/hr 6 years with BTCS Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a human services field; comprehensive knowledge of mental health diagnoses. Ability to work as a member of a team within a fast-paced, recovery-focused environment is essential. Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and maintain approved drivers status throughout employment. If degree is not in a human services field, a minimum of 24 college credits in a human services field are required. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree and/or clinical license in psychology, education, social work or a related human service field; one-year work or practicum/clinical experience in case management, crisis intervention and/or psychosocial rehabilitative services. Bilingual in ASL or Spanish preferred; experience in providing concurrent documentation within an electronic database preferred. Job Function and Industry
