This position provides case management, skills training, and medication education in community-based settings such as homes and schools. Your work will guide youth and families toward better mental health and wellness using evidence-based treatment methods and personalized care plans.
What You'll Do
Build meaningful, therapeutic relationships with youth and families through engagement and support
Provide psychosocial rehabilitation and connect individuals to crucial community resources
Assess individuals' strengths and needs, creating tailored Person-Centered Recovery Plans
Document services in a timely manner and ensure consistent follow-up care
Collaborate with a passionate interdisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to youth recovery
Use innovative thinking and resilience to navigate challenging situations and crises
What We're Looking For
A deep passion and aptitude for working with youth who have severe emotional and behavioral needs
Knowledge of medications, case management, substance use treatment, crisis services, and community resources
Strong skills in mental health assessment, recovery planning, and dual-diagnosis treatment
Ability to advocate for individuals and navigate a person-centered approach to recovery
Ability to work both independently and as a key team member, engaging in training and development opportunities

Location Marble Falls, TX
Salary $21.46 - $30.71/hr
Applicable Differentials
Up to $4.00/hour for tenure with BTCS
$1.00/hr Master’s degree
$0.75/hr Bilingual
Up to $2.00/hour for previous community center experience in a similar position
$1.00/hour for advanced licensure
$0.50/hour LCDC
$200 Monthly Service Delivery Bonus

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a social, behavioral, or human service field, and knowledge of mental illness
Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and maintain approved driver's status throughout employment
If degree is not in a human services field, a minimum of 24 college credits in a human services field are required
Preferred Qualifications
One year of experience in mental health assessment and/or crisis intervention and screening
Master's degree in psychology, social work or a related human service field
Bilingual preferred
