Leading Collaboration: Our hospital is a joint venture between Tenet Healthcare, USPI, and the Baylor Scott & White network, enabling collaboration in a diverse, enriching work environment. Comprehensive Care: A 30-bed acute care surgical hospital with an Emergency Department, a 30-bed inpatient unit, a 4-bed ICU, and advanced diagnostic imaging facilities. Innovative Technology: Facilities include 14 operating rooms with da Vinci, ExcelsiusGPS, and Mako Surgical Systems. Diverse Specializations: Services across ENT, Bariatrics, Pulmonary, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Spine, Craniotomy, and more. Quality-Centric Approach: A patient-oriented environment focused on high-quality surgical care. Responsibilities
Under the general supervision of the Director of Surgical Services and the charge nurse, and the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, provide surgical scrub for minor and major procedures, as competency allows, at Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital Fort Worth and Fort Worth Outpatient Center. Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma, or equivalent Licensure/Certification
Certification in OR Technology, required. BLS required. Specific Job Experience
Experience preferred (1 year), but not required. Ability to organize instruments, equipment, and supplies for easy access and maximum efficiency. Follow guidelines for setting up sterile field and instruments for designated procedures. Ability to utilize Electronic Health Care Record system. What We Offer
