Wood Assembler (Door and Jamb Assembly Technician)
Location: North Charleston, SC
Schedule: Full-time - Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM-3:30 PM; Friday 6:00 AM-12:00 PM
Work Environment: In-person only
About MW Millworks MW Millworks is a locally owned custom millwork manufacturer specializing in high-end, architecturally accurate millwork for both new construction and impact-rated projects, with approximately 30% of our work dedicated to historic restoration. Located in North Charleston, we partner with builders, architects, and designers to produce premium‑quality doors, windows, mouldings, shutters, and custom elements. Our team combines craftsmanship with precision tooling to deliver projects that enhance Charleston’s architectural landscape—whether preserving history or creating something entirely new.
The Opportunity We’re looking for a Wood Assembler to join our team. This role focuses on assembling doors and jambs with precision and care, ensuring every piece meets our high standards for craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do
Assemble doors, jambs, and related components to exact specifications.
Perform precise measurements and cuts using tape measures and calipers.
Interpret and work from CAD drawings.
Maintain organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
Collaborate with other shop team members to meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Experience in woodworking or millwork assembly.
