Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all on-site civil and structural construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards
Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet project milestones
Conduct daily site inspections to monitor construction progress and address any challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient workflow and coordination
Uphold compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations throughout the construction process
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Civil/Structural Construction Management or a related field
Demonstrated expertise in civil and structural construction, preferably in the energy or power plant sector
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Proficiency in project management tools and software for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing construction projects within the energy or power plant sector
Familiarity with advanced project management software and tools
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
Previous experience in a leadership role within a construction environment
Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and regulations
