Overview Maintenance Supervisor (St. Paul, VA) at Tate. This full-time exempt role reports to the Maintenance Manager and leads a team of maintenance technicians at our manufacturing plant, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all plant machinery and equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.

Oversee maintenance repairs and ensure quality workmanship in a timely manner.

Assist in maintaining an inventory of spare parts and supplies.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities in the CMMS.

Identify and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements.

Communicate effectively with production staff and management regarding maintenance needs and schedules.

Additional Expectations

Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies including the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.

Ensure duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, laws, regulations, and market demands.

Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.

Raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to your supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistleblower service.

What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment; minimum 3 years in supervision.

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

Excellent organizational skills and follow-through.

A relevant technical degree, AutoCAD experience, PLC experience or certification is a plus.
