Responsibilities What You'll Do :
As an SLP at TMC, you’ll support individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges. You’ll deliver skilled therapy services that help restore function, promote independence, and improve overall quality of life.
Key responsibilities include :
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders
Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Deliver therapy targeting speech, language, cognitive, voice, and fluency
Assess and implement augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems
Provide dysphagia management and safe swallowing interventions
Document progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Full responsibilities available upon request or during interview.
Qualifications What You Bring
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current license / certification in the state of practice
A patient-first mindset and commitment to quality care
