Bradford White The Maintenance Supervisor will partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Technicians, and Operations to ensure effective communication on plant equipment issues to optimize uptime and schedule attainment. Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Technicians, and Operations to ensure effective communication on plant equipment issues to optimize uptime and schedule attainment Collaborate with plant production supervision to schedule maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities Work with engineering, supervisors, and safety to identify and quickly resolve any safety issues Work closely with engineering and purchasing to identify key spare parts to be stocked in the crib and their appropriate stocking levels Drive continuous improvement efficiencies in maintenance key processes Maintain employee records such as attendance, training, and general performance Administer company policies, procedures and negotiated contract provisions in a union environment Facilitate the fabrication and/or installation of equipment Responsibilities

Associate degree in Technology, Skilled Trades Certification or related training and experience preferred In-depth experience in mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs of production equipment and operating systems Oracle or similar ERP system experience preferred Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints Strong knowledge of industrial diagnostic and problem-solving techniques including the use of PLC logic ladders Proficient in standard computer software such as Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook Strong verbal and written communications skills Ability to quickly grasp and implement new ideas, concepts, and programs to improve maintenance department efficiency Availability to work daily and weekend overtime as assigned Seniority level
