Customer Logistics Manager (2nd Shift) – warehouse operations in Ladson, SC. Immediate hire. 2nd shift Monday‑Friday 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, weekends as needed. Salary $68,000‑$70,000, weekend spot bonuses. Exempt position, paid twice per month. Key Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day operations within assigned function; ensure daily operational goals achieved. Lead direct reports, manage staffing, development, and performance. Plan and schedule daily activities; maintain health and safety standards. Ensure compliance with state, local, federal regulations. Customer service satisfaction and expectation management. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred. At least 3 years of warehouse leadership experience supporting kitting and parts sequencing. Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Advanced knowledge of logistics industry, manufacturing, production, supply‑chain components. Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work independently and on a team. Benefits
