Overview
Business Development Manager – Detroit (Manufacturing / Hardware). Fully remote role based in Detroit to focus on selling physical hardware and owning the full sales life-cycle. This position blends new business development with account management, offering the chance to open new doors while deepening partnerships with existing accounts.
Compensation & Location Compensation:
Up to $100,000 – $130,000 Base salary DOE + Bonus/Commission; OTE up to 50% of base salary.
Location:
Remote role based in Detroit with regular in-person client interaction and regional travel 30-40% of the time. Candidates must be in Detroit.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of sales/business development experience selling physical hardware products
5+ years of experience owning the sales cycle from end to end
Proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles
Fluency in Mandarin is required (reading/writing/speaking)
