The District Behavior Coach will be responsible for assessing behavior needs, designing behavior interventions, counseling students and families, and working district-wide in assigned schools. Must have own transportation. Responsibilities
Assess behavior needs of students Identify conflict and problem-solving skills Design and follow-up on behavior contracts Conference with parents on behavioral and academic concerns Utilize therapeutic counseling strategies with individuals and families Provide direct counseling to students and families Develop functional behavior assessments Minimum Qualifications
Current Alabama Teacher's Certification or higher in counseling or related field Experience in counseling and behavior assessment At least three years of relevant teaching or counseling experience Additional Details
Reports to: Associate Superintendent Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Education Administration Location: Montgomery, AL Salary Range: $45,664 - $92,035
