Job Responsibilities
The Business Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting Business Office functions for the entire Athletics Business Office. Reporting to the Senior Associate AD/Business and Finance, plans, coordinates and performs complex business and administrative activities associated with the fiscal management of the Athletics Department, budget exceeding $200 million. Will handle various business office administrative tasks as assigned to include managing office supplies, printing requests, inventory control, bulk mail accounts, UPS /Fedex online system, purchasing and accounts payable functions within the athletics department. Receives and directs visitors, staff, and students with general information within the department. Assists in managing plane operations, legal correspondence/ FOIA requests, meetings, and other tasks as assigned.
Advertised Salary $45,133 - salary commensurate with experience
Minimum And Additional Requirements Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and no prior work experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred. Some knowledge of university financial practices/procedures is ideal.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and reports.
