Veterinary Client Service Representative
Base pay range $17.00/hr - $19.00/hr Hampden Family Pet Hospital — Englewood, CO Part of Thrive Pet Healthcare Hampden Family Pet Hospital is looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community. You will have access to Thrive’s resources while serving our local community. About You As a Client Service Representative, you will play an important role in pets’ lives by providing comprehensive care throughout their journey. Your work includes facilitating outpatient treatments, assisting with laboratory tests, surgery support, and front-desk responsibilities such as admitting and discharging patients. Experience & Skills Requirements Customer service experience and 2 years of experience in veterinary medicine preferred Excellent communication skills; team oriented and collaborative Strong multitasking abilities Ability to work rotating weekends and certain holidays Desire to practice empathetic, gold-standard medicine benefiting patients Positive, kind communication with patients, team members, and clients Desire to grow and advance as a valued team member Role Responsibilities Greet clients and pets, assist with new client registrations, and communicate expected wait times Educate clients and respond to non-medical inquiries Maintain client relationships and service standards; manage phone, email, faxes, and messages Schedule appointments, including in-office diagnostics; communicate with referring hospital staff to access records; manage reminders and rescheduling Maintain accurate computer records for clients and patients; verify patient information Keep front desk, reception, waiting areas, and exam rooms neat and clean Manage financial responsibilities; review charges, and reconcile cash drawer with reports Guide, mentor, and support fellow team members About the Hospital At Hampden Family Pet Hospital, we offer primary and urgent care for dogs, cats, small mammals, and reptiles.
