Band 5 £33,247 £41, 424 per annum
Plus £1,406 Distant Islands Allowance per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the NHS Western Isles Medical Staffing Team for an enthusiastic member to join us with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
Ensure medical staff rosters are maintained, working with other team members to ensure NHSWI delivers safe and appropriate medical staffing, including onboarding and related issues.
Provide short term or locum employment, junior doctor rota and its compliance with national requirements.
Coordinate with external agencies, other NHS providers and independent agencies, along with the Medical HR Advisor and finance department.
Manage links with scheduling and medical education.
Qualifications:
Previous experience with financial management.
Advanced ability in spreadsheet and general computer skills.
