Participate in engineering and design of HVAC and plumbing systems in various facilities. Contribute to the HVAC Team activities, including design and construction activities, project delivery methods, and studies. Support facility types such as power generation buildings, substations, oil & gas structures, and energy storage buildings. Work with systems including HVAC and plumbing; assess areas such as power generation halls, administrative spaces, warehouses, laboratories, chemical storage, and electrical distribution centers. Utilize Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and perform engineering studies, energy audits/efficiency evaluations, and code reviews for compliance and sustainable design. Apply LEED strategies and sustainable design practices where applicable. Team

The Mechanical Buildings Design Group provides HVAC and plumbing solutions across Government & Environment, Energy & Process Industries, and Connectivity & Commercial sectors. You will engage with projects globally, from community improvements to Mega Projects, with opportunities for growth and development. Preferred Qualifications

Basic knowledge of NFPA standards. Knowledge of computer-generated HVAC heatloads, energy modeling, and equipment sizing. Experience with technical submittal reviews and bid review processes. Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam Revu proficiency. LEED AP certification and experience obtaining LEED certification for industrial buildings. Extensive experience with large-scale water-cooled chillers (preferred). Familiarity with International Codes Council (ICC) Suite of Codes, ASHRAE Handbooks/Standards, ASPE design handbooks, and SMACNA standards. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program or equivalent engineering experience. Minimum of 5 years related work experience. Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records) as applicable by law. Active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements for BV projects, as needed. Certifications

Office environment with potential site visits requiring physical tasks (crouching, grasping, standing/walking). Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days, based on manager discretion and performance. Salary and Benefits

Annual compensation range provided: $126,423.00 - $211,134.00.
