By joining our BV Construction group, you will develop and enhance on‑site construction skills in a hands‑on environment. We provide expert training, career development, and advancement. Our supports focus on safety, quality, and delivery, enabling us to meet client expectations in conventional generation projects. Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all on‑site subcontractor activities to meet CPM schedule and comply with subcontract requirements. Oversee site access coordination and implement the Project Construction Execution Plan. Supervise and mentor superintendents, monitor productivity and schedule performance, and report trends. Take corrective actions to meet budget and schedule goals, including establishing subcontractor schedule recovery plans. Coordinate Construction Completion Walkdowns, hand‑over of start‑up packages, and punch‑list close‑out. Assist Site Manager with client relations and coordinate with Field Material Manager to audit site‑procured materials. Review and approve T&M construction contractor equipment and manage shared use of equipment. Participate in monthly contractor management meetings and conduct weekly coordination meetings. Manage subcontractor work‑authorization requests, backcharges, and payment requests for acceptance. Act as Safety Representative, addressing safety and quality issues and liaising with safety and quality managers. Support contract negotiation knowledge, monitor overtime, and write the construction portion of client and monthly reports. Coordinate with Field Engineers on engineering deliverables and manage Manufacturer’s Service Technicians. Identify improvement opportunities, champion continuous improvement efforts, and support change management. Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of construction technology across Simple Cycle, Combined Cycle, Circulating Fluidized Bed, and Nuclear; EPC industry experience; constructability, project budget and controls; risk assessment; administrative policies; project management systems; conceptual planning; conflict and leadership management; multi‑tasking; presentation; problem solving; communication; time reporting; expense reporting. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field preferred, or relevant experience. 14+ years of construction supervisory experience, with at least 3 years previous construction manager experience. OSHA Training. All applicants must be able to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (background checks, drug screens, motor vehicle records) in compliance with applicable laws. Physical Demands

Lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs. Stand, kneel, bend, stoop, move, and walk long distances in confined and uneven areas. Use hands to handle tools or controls by procedure. Perform repetitive movements and work above 5 ft in height. Climb and maintain balance on steel framework, ladders, and scaffolds. Work up to a 12‑hour shift in varying temperatures. Work Environment

Typical construction site with cramped spaces and awkward positions. Exposure to hot (above 90 °F) or cold (below 32 °F) temperatures and inclement weather. Bright or low lighting, noise, and hazardous equipment. Typical office environment. Position is considered safety sensitive. Salary Plan
