Project Manager

to take ownership of large-scale construction projects. This role is ideal for a detail-driven leader who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering results. Responsibilities

Full Project Ownership

– Manage projects through all phases: pre-construction, procurement, execution, and closeout. Budget & Schedule Control

– Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and cash flow, identifying risks early and driving solutions. Client & Stakeholder Relations

– Serve as the primary point of contact with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants. Team Collaboration

– Partner with Superintendents, Estimators, and Purchasing teams to ensure smooth operations and successful delivery. Subcontractor Management

– Select, negotiate, and oversee subcontractors to ensure top performance and quality. Risk & Compliance

– Maintain adherence to contract requirements, safety standards, and company policies. Leadership

– Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project staff, fostering growth and accountability. Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a

Project Manager

with a general contractor or specialty contractor. Proven experience managing

ground-up and large-scale construction projects . Strong background in

budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contracts . Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with site utilities and structural concrete work preferred. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Why Join Us?
