Utilities Maintenance Coordinator . The position will lead several teams and serve as a core member of the Division’s leadership team supporting the Division Manager.

Job Description Coordinates maintenance activities by scheduling work activities to maintain facilities in efficient operating condition, reviews work performed by a variety of trades, responds to emergency situations to correct operating problems in a timely fashion. Work performed is generally routine technical work coordinating one or two crews. Work requires independent judgment under the general supervision of a designated supervisor.

Representative Duties/ Assignments

Some knowledge of computer-based maintenance programs (Shopfax/Maximo).

Overseeing maintenance and repair of heavy equipment and automotive.

Ordering parts and supplies and keeping accurate records.

Scheduling personnel.

Tracking payroll hours and the submittal of timesheets.

Contributing information for evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.

Assisting in the reclaim water section.

Expected to work between two facilities (Hamlin Plant & Northwest).

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from high school or equivalent and four (4) years of industrial maintenance experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.

Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License.

May be required to possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License based on area of assignment. Based on area of assignment, may be required to possess and maintain the appropriate certification or license.

Preferences

Maximo experience.

Reviewing and initiating purchase requisitions in Maximo.

Inventory experience working with storerooms for minimum and max requirements.

Salary Information

Pay Grade: 016 - From $26.94 to $35.03

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Placement based on Education and Experience

Working Hours Hours: 40 Working hours are Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. including weekends and holidays. Schedule is subject to change based on operational needs.
