Position : Utilities Maintenance Coordinator - Building Maintenance (with $1000 Sign-on Incentive) General Functions
Coordinates maintenance activities by scheduling work to maintain facilities in efficient operating condition. Reviews work performed by a variety of trades. Responds to emergency situations to correct operating problems in a timely fashion. Work is generally routine technical work coordinating one or two crews. Works under the general supervision of a designated supervisor and uses independent judgment. Representative Duties/Assignments
Knowledge of computer-based maintenance programs (Maximo). Overseeing maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds. Supervision of contractors and maintenance personnel. Ordering parts and supplies and keeping accurate records. Scheduling personnel. Performing maintenance repairs such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pressure washing, painting, dry wall repairs, concrete, irrigation repairs, etc. Contributing information for evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed. Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from high school or equivalent and four years of experience in a trade such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or four years of Building Maintenance experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience. Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License. Preference
Three (3) years supervisory experience Five (5) years’ experience in Building Maintenance Application Details

Pay Grade: 016 - From $26.16 to $34.01 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Placement based on Education and Experience Benefits
