Annual flu clinic for associates and dependents covered on our health plan. Flu shots are covered by insurance if the associate elects to go elsewhere. Responsibilities
Deliver and remove materials to and from production lines in a safe and timely manner. Control all in-line materials and assist supervisory staff in maintaining adequate stock inventories. Verify counts of raw materials and finished goods. Ensure that all assigned personnel utilize company supplied PPE and follow safety procedures. Report potential safety hazards and maintain a neat, safe, and orderly department. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including trash dumping and removal of corrugate and excess scrap material. Set up and run multiple lines and/or machines. Read and understand shop orders and BOMs; understand relocation sheets, labeling procedures, labor reporting, and other forms as required. Help train associates, maintain production rates, and address bottlenecks. Other production duties as required. Qualifications
Ability to work with a wide range of production tools and machinery. Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively to produce quality, fully assembled units. Fluency in English, basic math and reading skills. Motivated, self-starter with a sense of urgency. Flexible start/end times within 1st or 2nd shift and overtime when required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for the entire shift. Ability to drive a powered electric pallet jack. Compensation
This is a Union Position and pays $17.50/HR. Eligible for overtime after 8 hours per day Mon-Fri and time-and-a-half for Saturday shifts. RTC is an equal-opportunity employer.
