Job Description Bob-Boyd Lincoln is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Loaner Vehicle and Pick up Delivery Coordinator to support our busy service department. This role ensures our loaner vehicle fleet is managed effectively and that customers enjoy a seamless experience when arranging pick-up and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities
Manage the loaner vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customers
Prepare loaner agreements and maintain accurate records for all transactions
Coordinate pick-up and delivery services for service customers
Communicate with customers to arrange vehicle returns and scheduling
Support service advisors with loaner vehicle needs and related administrative tasks
Ensure dealership policies and safety guidelines are followed at all times
Qualifications
Prior dealership or customer service experience preferred
Rental agency or Dealership Service Advisor experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
