We’re looking for a Yard Foreman who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, lead from the front, and help us continue delivering what matters. This is a full-time, 100% outdoors position — you’ll work closely with a crew of dedicated professionals to keep our yard organized, efficient, and safe. The Yard Foreman plays a hands-on role in coordinating daily operations, operating equipment, and ensuring every task is completed with precision and teamwork. Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate your crew to meet production and safety goals every day.
Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and loaders to move and stage materials.
Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, verify inventory, and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with all company, OSHA, and FRA safety standards while maintaining a clean, organized yard.
Qualifications
Proven experience leading yard, industrial, or heavy equipment operations.
Ability to take initiative and supervise, mentor, and develop team members.
High school diploma or GED, strong mechanical mindset, and the physical ability to work in all weather conditions.
Prior supervisory experience is preferred; familiarity with rail, industrial, or materials environments is a strong advantage.
Clear, real-time problem-solving skills and the ability to inspire others.
