Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, with an additional potential cost‑of‑living adjustment. The position is open to Veterans and military affiliates. Essential Duties

Plan, direct, and schedule facility maintenance, repair, and remodeling projects. Direct facility repairs, installations, and small construction remodeling, including maintaining inventory records. Review remodeling plans to ensure energy efficiency and proper construction methods. Supervise, train, and manage direct reports by setting performance standards, providing informal feedback, and conducting formal evaluations. Ensure facilities comply with state, federal, and local regulations and codes. Supervise emergency repair jobs, ensuring work order requests are completed timely. Perform monthly and annual budgeting duties as assigned by the Site Director. Qualifications

4‑year degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Science, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline. 10 years of related work experience or a combination of education and work experience equaling 6 years or greater. In‑depth understanding of Facilities Management processes and procedures. Solid knowledge of HVAC, utilities, electrical, and plumbing processes. Highly computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Highly organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities. Effective written and verbal communications. Skilled at building effective and impactful relationships with management staff, stakeholders, and employees. Fiscal management and budgeting experience, including preparing reporting and management of budgets. Advanced knowledge of DCBC, NFPA, TJC, OSHA, and EPA regulations. Physical Work Classification & Demands

Heavy work involving lifting up to 100 pounds, frequent movement, climbing, stooping, reaching, and standing. The role requires frequent communication, reading blueprints, and exposure to outdoor elements. Benefits
