Service Advisor Responsibilities
Greet customers in a prompt and professional manner upon arrival
Accurately document customer concerns and recommend necessary services
Communicate effectively with technicians and parts staff to coordinate repairs
Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles
Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery
Help maintain service department goals and customer satisfaction standards
Service Advisor Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $5000.00 to $8000.00 depending on experience
Competitive hourly pay with the potential for overtime pay.

Qualifications Service Advisor Qualifications
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
