What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as a strategic thought partner to Revenue leaders, shaping goals and priorities through data?driven insights Define and standardize key metrics to ensure consistent data language across teams Build reporting and dashboards to measure Revenue performance and provide visibility into success Investigate data gaps and collaborate with the Data team to resolve inconsistencies Deliver insights that identify friction points and opportunities for self?service or automation
What is Required (Qualifications):
5-8 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, particularly with RevOps, Customer Success, Support, or Account Management teams Hands?on experience creating scalable dashboards and reports in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Sigma, Tableau) Proficiency with dbt and Snowflake for data modeling, as well as SQL and Python for data analysis Experience with CRM, CSM, or support systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, and Planhat
Strong analytical and problem?solving skills with the ability to simplify complex data stories
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Curiosity about AI and experience using AI tools to optimize workflows and explore data creatively Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to convey data meaningfully to non?technical audiences A proactive, ownership?driven mindset, demonstrating initiative and the ability to move projects forward without heavy oversight
