The Health Care Manager will work with project managers and directors to plan, manage, and coordinate project activities to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within the specified time-frame. In this role, you will ensure the success of projects from conceptualization to completion. These projects are both internal (technical and business process oriented) and external (consulting with state and federal governments). Essential Functions

Defines, develops and manages project goals, governance, risk identification and mitigation, scope, work plan, schedule management, procedures, and staffing/resource requirements across multiple projects simultaneously Ensure that project activities are consistent with the project objectives and that objectives can be met with available resources. Track actual performance against planned project performance, analyze variances, and problem solve to ensure all needs, milestones, and schedules are met Work with project manager and director to develop, complete and finalize deliverables according to project milestones Assist in developing project proposals outlining deliverables, requirements, risks, assumptions, and project teams' roles and responsibilities Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner Assists in the development and modernization of an internal project management framework Consistently delivers high-quality services Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field required 6 years of relevant experience required, 3 years of PACE experience preferred Minimum 3 years' of supervisory experience required Certification preferred Experience managing PACE projects for State Medicaid Agencies and/or supporting the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services programs (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, etc.) Experience in gathering requirements, developing work plans, and developing project performance metrics preferred Ability to prioritize conflicting demands Must be able to work independently on projects and within a remote team environment Execute assigned projects within established deadlines Maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders and team members Proficient with Microsoft Project or other related project management tools Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and assertive Must be able to travel on occasion based on business and client needs The Team

Myers and Stauffer takes pride in the welcoming and collaborative culture we have throughout our offices. For this position, the employee will report to one of our Managers or Senior Managers on the Rate Setting and Federal Compliance Team. Work Style

Our general business hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, but can vary based on business needs. Dependent on performance, our in-office associates are eligible for a hybrid work schedule after their initial 90-day training period. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on education, experience and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
