Salary & Incentives
Base Salary:
$75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500
(as much as
$32,500 annually
in addition to base pay)
Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually
depending on experience and performance
Benefits $1,500 annual continuing education allowance + unlimited MedBridge subscription
3 weeks of paid vacation (21 days annually)

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to identify impairments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
Educate patients and families on recovery plans, home programs, and prevention strategies
Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress reports
Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
Current Texas PT license (or eligibility)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
