Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and driven force for growth across our medical and industrial injection molding sectors, travelling to site regularly for a remote home‑based position.
As Business Development Manager, you will aggressively prospect and acquire new OEM customers while nurturing and expanding partnerships with our existing medical and high‑technology industrial client base. This role requires technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Drive new business by targeting and acquiring new customers through outbound campaigns, industry networking, and strategic account mapping.
Grow existing accounts by serving as a trusted advisor, expanding product lines and introducing new services.
Strengthen relationships with stakeholders at all levels from engineering to the C‑suite.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue and margin targets across medical and industrial sectors.
Collaborate with internal engineering, quality and manufacturing teams to align customer needs with production capabilities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking functions to stay ahead of market trends.
The successful candidate will participate in a sales incentive plan based on personally owned KPI's derived from pipeline build and conversion targets. The role includes a company car allowance and a strong benefits package for employees and eligible dependents.
