What You’ll Do
Platform continuity:
Maintain and enhance existing platforms hosted on Google Cloud, Sanity.io, Vercel, and Auth0. Ecommerce leadership:
Oversee the rebuild of our ecommerce platform, including loyalty-linked checkout, payment integration, 3PL migration, personalization, and new merchandising features. Transition management:
Coordinate with our agency partner during the handover, embedding internal processes and ownership. Roadmap execution:
Support and help define product vision, requirements, and strategy, which includes establishing testing parameters and actively participating in user testing. Deliver key elements of our platform, including fan identity (Driver Cards, Passports), loyalty & gamification (badges, predictor games), UGE features, and activations. AI-driven personalization:
Guide integration of Adobe MarTech (Analytics, Target, Tag Manager) and clean room insights for smarter fan experiences. Commercial alignment:
Collaborate with the partnerships team to integrate sponsor and partner products into digital platforms. KPIs:
Registered user growth, platform reliability, engagement, retention, and commerce performance. Strategic Insights:
Partner with commercial, marketing, and partner teams to translate analytics into actionable strategies that drive audience expansion and deepen fan engagement. What You’ll Bring
5+ years product management (SaaS, digital engagement, or sports tech). Experience balancing
maintenance and new feature delivery . Knowledge of
cloud (Google Cloud, Vercel, Sanity.io, Auth0)
and
Adobe MarTech stack
including Adobe Analytics, Target, RT-CDP, and AJO Strong collaboration skills with engineers, agencies, and commercial stakeholders. A passion for building products that connect fans to sports, athletes, and brands. Use analytics to prioritize features and improvements that drive engagement and retention. Experience with Atlassian ecosystem and AI products
