What You’ll Do
Oversee all maintenance operations across multiple production lines and plant utilities.
Lead a crew of 4 direct reports and 24 skilled technicians across three shifts.
Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs that improve reliability and OEE.
Drive cost control and continuous improvement through smart budgeting and project planning.
Champion safety and compliance programs (LOTO, Arc Flash, Confined Space, PSM).
Partner with plant leadership on capital projects, equipment upgrades, and sustainability initiatives.
What You Bring
7–9 years of maintenance leadership
in a high-speed manufacturing or food/beverage environment.
Strong knowledge of
mechanical, electrical, controls, hydraulic, and refrigeration systems .
Experience with
CMMS
(Emaint or similar) and preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.
Familiarity with
GMPs, OSHA , and continuous improvement practices (Lean, 5S, TPM).
Excellent communication, organization, and people leadership skills.
