Manager Support Warehouse Team Lead
Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Team Lead in Hebron, Kentucky.
Position Description
Warehouse positions pay weekly. Hourly pay $21.00 per hour. Overtime pay $31.50 per hour. Schedule Sunday to Thursday 3:00 am – 12:00 pm.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1 year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred.
1 year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred.
1 year or more Microsoft Office experience preferred.
1 year or more previous warehouse experience preferred.
Knowledge and experience with RF scanner advanced required.
Valid forklift operator license certified.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective leadership skills.
Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proactively approaches responsibilities.
Maintains composure under pressure.
Uses health and safety methods.
Responsibilities
Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.
Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
Allocate resources and organize daily work duties to team members to ensure optimal shift/team operational logistics.
Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPIs using appropriate leadership styles and methods.
Assist in providing the necessary information, technology, and tools to employees to perform their jobs.
Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse.
Handle day‑to‑day paperwork in a warehouse environment.
Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.
Perform other duties as assigned.
