Maintain a positive attitude, greet and thank members, and provide exceptional customer service across the club as needed. Ensure a clean, neat, and member-ready area; receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner; maintain in-stock levels; and control shrinkage in a timely manner. Assist with product quality decisions for produce by ensuring availability, cleanliness, and freshness, and by following safety and sanitation guidelines. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics; utilize digital tools and handheld devices to drive sales, support training, and make quick business decisions with the member in mind. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and tasks, and adapt to changing business needs. What you'll do in detail
