CAPEX Project Manager - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract
This is a fantastic opportunity for a CAPEX Project Manager to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio. This is a large-scale greenfield capital project investing more than $1bn.
What You'll Do
Lead $800M+ project delivery for the Small Molecule 2 Building.
Own all process piping scope – from design assurance to mechanical completion.
Manage EPCM and contractor teams (20–100 personnel).
Maintain rigorous control over project cost, schedule, and risk registers.
Review and approve process piping design packages, installation plans, and test documentation.
Oversee turnover of high-purity and utility piping systems.
What you"ll need
Requires extensive CAPEX PM experience on large process manufacturing projects.
Extensive process piping leadership (design, installation, turnover).
Strong cost/schedule ownership, risk management, and EPCM interface.
Long-term career stability with proven project completions.
Advanced communication and leadership skills.
