Raytheon is seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join the Program Design & Planning organization. This role is responsible for the development, maintenance and analysis of the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The incumbent will develop the network and integrated workflow of schedule activities to establish an accurate and effective plan for the scope of work and will evaluate trends and schedule-related metrics. Depending on project size, this role may assist the lead scheduler/planner or be responsible for a smaller effort. This is an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. What You Will Do
Onsite support to develop and maintain the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project, based on customer requirements. Plan and maintain the IMS throughout the program lifecycle, incorporating contractual and programmatic changes to maintain current baselines. Ensure IMS compliance with government customer requirements across all program phases. Ensure IMS is resource-loaded with target budgets and demonstrates cost/schedule integration. Conduct detailed IMS analysis and communicate schedule status, critical path results, schedule variance, and what-if analyses to the Planning Lead, Program Manager, customers and senior management as needed. Support EAC and LRE processes as they relate to the Program IMS. Assist with development and maintenance of the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software. Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and at least 5 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years’ experience. Experience with scheduling software (MS Project, Project Server, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar). Experience developing IMS and evaluating critical path/workflow. Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar processes. Qualifications We Prefer
Experience analyzing schedule data, driving paths, metrics and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA). MS Office Suite proficiency; understanding of product development principles including Agile software development. Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels; familiarity with EVMS tools like SAP/R3, MPM, Oracle ERP, Deltek Cobra/MPM Connect. PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. What We Offer
