Program Planner – Raytheon Location: Tucson, AZ, USA (full‑time onsite). Required U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance.

What You Will Do

Creation and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that complies with government and corporate requirements.

Assist planning and cost estimating tasks, perform analyses, and prepare reports to ensure program schedule commitments are met.

Prepare internal weekly and monthly program schedule review packages and comply with Contractual Data Requirements List submittals.

Create contract schedules and perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, variance analysis, and other actionable schedule‐related analyses.

Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to maintain realistic, current contract schedule baselines.

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field and at least 5 years of program planning or scheduling experience; alternatively, an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.

Experience using industry scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).

Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules and evaluating critical path and workflow.

Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or a comparable business process.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience analyzing schedule data, including driving paths, schedule metrics, trends, and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).

Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.

Understanding of product development principles, including Agile software development.

Strong communication skills, able to influence at all organizational levels.

Familiarity with tools such as APEX SAP/R3, Microframe Project Manager (MPM), Deltek Cobra, Deltek MPM Connect, ForProject, or similar.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

What We Offer

Competitive salary range: $82,000 – $164,000 USD, based on experience.
