Join us at EY for the ServiceNow - HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Manager role. This position is open for applicants worldwide.
Location: Anywhere in the country. Annual travel may be required to meet client needs.
The Opportunity You will lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business, showcasing your ability to motivate and develop teams while building new client relationships. You’ll interact with stakeholders to evaluate models, processes, and operations, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow HRSD project, including design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 5‑10+ resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
Build and foster client relationships, demonstrating EY’s value.
Strong business acumen, fact‑based decision making, and conflict resolution skills.
Provide guidance and industry‑leading expertise for ServiceNow HRSD process implementations.
Analyze people, process, and technology capabilities to recommend best practices and contribute to strategic roadmaps.
Facilitate requirements workshops and design sessions with functional and business process subject matter experts.
Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk/issue logs.
Support pre‑sales efforts by creating proposals and estimates.
Produce high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or similar.
4‑6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
At least one of the following ServiceNow certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery, Certified Master Architect (CMA), Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Excellent communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
Experience leading and supervising teams.
Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Willingness to travel as required.
Ideally, you’ll also have
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Experience with performance analytics and reporting; certifications are a plus.
Experience with Employee Center and Workplace Service Delivery; certifications are a plus.
Experience in ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
