ServiceNow - HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Manager – Tech Consulting – Open Location Location: Anywhere in Country

The Opportunity Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a growing area, manage client-visible roles, motivate teams, and build client relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.

Track deliverable completion and ensure project status alignment with performance objectives.

Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all phases of a ServiceNow HRSD project.

Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore consultants.

Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY services' value.

Excellent business acumen and fact-based decision making.

Provide guidance and best-practice expertise for ServiceNow HRSD process implementations.

Analyze people, process, and technology capabilities and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps.

Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.

Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models.

Support pre‑sales efforts including proposals and estimates.

Create high quality deliverables and project artifacts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or similar.

4–6 years of relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience.

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Minimum of one additional ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery).

5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Strong soft skills (executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization).

Experience leading and supervising teams.

Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

Performance analytics and reporting experience.

Experience with ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

Employee Center and Workplace Service Delivery experience.
