About the Role You will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations.

You will gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system‑architecture solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.

Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.

Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.

Manage and deliver complex technical initiatives, solving challenges with innovative problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Represent the team during client interactions, facilitating workshops and nurturing relationships.

Ensure timely review of the scope, work required, required resources and budgetary and other project constraints.

Track status with stakeholders, ensuring initiatives are on track and met.

Skills & Attributes for Success

Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow HRSD project, including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.

Mentor and manage a multi‑disciplinary team of 5‑10+ resources, including offshore consultants, developers and testers.

Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY value.

Make fact‑based decisions, resolve conflicts, and demonstrate strong business acumen.

Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow HRSD process implementations.

Analyze people, process, and technology capabilities, recommend leading practice, and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps.

Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and business process subject matter resources.

Support waterfall and agile delivery models, with planning, status reporting, budgets, risk and issue logs.

Support pre‑sales efforts, creating proposals and estimates.

Deliver high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or a related discipline).

4‑6 years of relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience.

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

At least one additional ServiceNow certification (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery).

5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Excellent soft skills: executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.

Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Valid driver’s licence in the U.S.

Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – ideal.

Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.

Employee Center and Workplace Service Delivery experience – certifications are a plus.

Experience in ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower) – ideal.

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salaries ranging from $142,600 to $261,500 across U.S. locations, and higher ranges for major metro areas.
