Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Key responsibilities include: Planning and scheduling shifts. Monitoring team performance and maintaining McDonald's standards. Managing safety, security, and profitability. Communicating with the incoming Shift Manager. Supporting departmental target achievement. Overseeing food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness. Leading, training, and developing crew. Qualifications
Preferred: Previous leadership experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older, flexible schedule, positive team player, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting. Benefits
