Pay Rates Starting At

Maryland: $16.50 per hour

Montgomery County: $16.65 per hour

District of Columbia: $19.00 per hour

Requirements Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality service and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, monitoring safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them. Managers may also be responsible for meeting departmental targets.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
